HP-1	The HP-1 is an oven hotplate thermocouple that is designed for monitoring and recording the temperature of stove top griddles, burners and other flat surfaces. It can measure temperatures up to 390°F (200°C) and may be used with electric stoves. To use, simply connect the HP-1 to a thermocouple based temperature data logger, such as the TC101A or TCTemp2000, then start the logger. Place the HP-1 directly on the flat surface, and position the data logger a safe distance away from the heat source. Once monitoring is complete, data can be downloaded and analyzed using the MadgeTech data logger software.	Probes
